The submissions are evaluated by nine recognized experts in different speciality subjects. The jury is independent and not subject to directives. It considers the criteria devised by the award giving body as listed in this bid.

The members of the jury are as follows:

The award giving body reserves the right to nominate a replacement if one or more of the members of the jury should be prevented from their duty.
